One of the primary goals of Grandview Lodge’s Dietary department is to provide a relaxed and pleasurable dining room experience. We provide nutritious foods that enable our Residents to enjoy quality of life. We provide 3 meals and 3 snacks daily. Our menus are designed to follow Canada’s Food Guide and the Ministry of Health regulations.
The dietary team encompasses a Registered Dietitian, a full-time and a part-time Dietary Supervisor and our skilled team of Cooks and Dietary Aides.
Ongoing education for our staff is the focus of our Dietary department; this keeps us current on healthy meal choices.
Our Housekeeping team strives to maintain a clean, pleasant and home-like atmosphere for our Residents.
Machine washing and drying of Resident’s personal clothing is offered on-site by our staff, however, we also provide a washing machine and dryer on-site for Residents who wish to do their own laundry.
Maintenance staff are on-site daily to ensure Grandview Lodge is a safe and healthy environment for everyone in the home.
Our nursing team consists of skilled Registered Nurses, Registered Practical Nurses and Personal Support Workers who are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our nursing team work together to meet the medical needs of Residents and provide assistance with activities of daily living for the Residents. Their professional and caring approach is second to none.
