Founded by Mike and Rob Clare in 2013, Diamond CNC has evolved from a start-up cabinetry operation into a multi-million-dollar business serving customers across North America. From the beginning, the company embraced automation as a solution to one of manufacturing's biggest challenges: finding and retaining skilled labour. Rather than relying on traditional production methods, Diamond CNC continuously invested in technology, software, and robotics to improve efficiency, reduce errors, and increase production capacity.

Tsjibbe Kelly, owner of Tatra Safety Boots and Shoes and TNK Machining in Dunnville, is a passionate, mechanically skilled entrepreneur who has revitalized Tatra Boots with innovation, job growth, and a fun work culture. Using North American materials, Tatra produces high-quality safety footwear found in stores like Mark’s Work Warehouse and Canadian Tire. Kelly, raised on a Dunnville farm, started TNK Machining at 19 and recently moved it back home to share space with Tatra. He values Haldimand County’s quality of life and community, seeing it as a great place to live, work, and grow his businesses.
