Registration open for Haldimand County’s 2026 Small Business Week Breakfast

Registration is now open for Haldimand County’s 2026 Small Business Week Breakfast, taking place Tuesday, October 20, 2026, from 7 to 9 a.m. at the Caledonia Lions Hall (100 Haddington St., Caledonia).

Hosted by the Caledonia Regional Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with Haldimand County Economic Development and Tourism and the Haldimand Business Network, the annual event brings together local entrepreneurs, business owners, community leaders and members of the business community to celebrate and recognize the important role small businesses play throughout Haldimand County.

This year’s breakfast will feature a panel discussion with local business owners, exploring the theme “The Modern Entrepreneur: What It Takes to Build a Thriving Business Today.” Attendees will hear firsthand perspectives on the challenges, opportunities, and evolving demands of building and growing a business in today’s marketplace.

In addition to the panel discussion, attendees will have the opportunity to connect with fellow members of the local business community over a breakfast and networking session.

“Small businesses are at the heart of Haldimand County’s communities, contributing not only to our local economy, but also to the character and vibrancy of the places we call home,” said Lidy Romanuk, Manager of Economic Development and Tourism for Haldimand County. “Small Business Week is an opportunity to recognize the entrepreneurs and business owners who continue to invest their time, energy and resources into building successful businesses and supporting our communities. We are pleased to once again partner with the local business community to celebrate their contributions.”

The Small Business Week Breakfast is open to all members of the business community; however, space is limited, and registration is required. Registration closes October 12, 2026, and interested attendees are encouraged to secure their spot early.
