As part of our 25th Anniversary celebrations, we’re thrilled to introduce the Silver Ticket Challenge, a monthly community hunt for something silver! Each month, one Silver Ticket will be hidden somewhere in Haldimand County.

How you can join the fun

Watch our social media channels each month for a clue and photo.
Follow the clue to find the hidden Silver Ticket.
Be the first to find it and bring it to our office to claim your prize!

Each month’s winner will receive a special Haldimand County-themed prize bag filled with exclusive swag.

The January clue drops soon, so stay tuned and get ready to start the hunt!

The fine print

One (1) prize awarded per month.
Prizes have no cash value and are non-transferable.
Open to community members of all ages.
Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian when claiming a prize.
Limit of one prize per person throughout the challenge.
Tickets will not be hidden in unsafe, restricted, or private areas.

New anniversary logo

To mark our anniversary year, one of our talented staff members designed a special anniversary logo. Look out for it across our locations, communications, and events this year!

About the logo

Our 25th Anniversary logo was designed to reflect the rich history and diversity of Haldimand County. While the number “25” is the centrepiece, it’s more than just a number; it’s a mosaic of symbols that tell our story. Look closely, and you’ll see Wade the blue heron, nods to industries like agriculture and mining, and the defining features of our landscape: the Grand River and Lake Erie shoreline.

This design represents what one symbol alone could not: the many people, places, and ideas that have shaped Haldimand over the past 25 years. Clean, flexible, and recognizable, the logo is a visual celebration of our shared past and the collaborative spirit that will guide our future.
