Lake Erie Industrial Park
The Lake Erie Industrial Park is a privately owned, 4,500-acre site located on the north shore of Lake Erie, near Nanticoke. One of the largest industrial parks in Ontario, the Lake Erie Industrial Park combines open space, parkland, and a commercial centre with industrial opportunities. Zoned mostly for heavy industrial, the park is also surrounded by a 3 km area of land designated as an Industrial Influence Area to guarantee there are no conflicting land uses.
The industrial park has Great Lake access via the Stelco docks and nearby air access through the Hamilton International Airport. The space is well-suited for processes related to biomass, organic fuel production, and development related to renewable energy.

Lots are available in sizes from 1 to 2,000 acres, with the possibility for larger if needed. There is an electricity transmission link nearby with open capacity.
Contact the Economic Development and Tourism Division for more information and details on available lots.
