Haldimand County offers incentive programs for property owners and developers to help offset the costs of improvements undertaken to benefit the community.

Community Improvement Plans (CIP)

We offer several grants through CIP incentives for downtown and rural business owners who want to invest in the renovation, development, conservation, or re-development of their spaces.

Rural Water Quality Program

We offer financial incentives for rural landowners who implement beneficial agricultural management projects to protect and improve water quality.
