Some of our facilities and services are impacted for the Victoria Day weekend.

Haldimand County Administration Building

• Closed May 17 to 19

Garbage and recycling

• There will be no curbside waste collection on Monday, May 19, with all regular pickups delayed by a day starting on Tuesday and finishing on Saturday.
• The Canborough Waste Management Facility will be closed on Monday, May 19. 

Libraries

• Saturday, May 17: all branches open regular hours
• Sunday, May 18: Caledonia branch open Noon to 4 p.m.
• Monday, May 19: all branches closed

Museums

• Saturday, May 17: all museums open
  • Edinburgh Square - 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
  • Wilson MacDonald - 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
  • Heritage Centre - 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. (gallery only; archives closed)
• May 18 and 19: all museums closed

Splash pads

Our splash pads are set to open for the season on Saturday, May 17 and will be open daily from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. until Labour Day.

• Caledonia Splash Pad – Caledonia Kinsmen Park, 25 Caithness Street West, Caledonia
• Hagersville Splash Pad – Hagersville Lions Park, 13 Laidlaw Street, Hagersville
