Statement regarding Integrity Commissioner report

Haldimand County is in receipt of the Integrity Commissioner’s Report, prepared in response to a Code of Conduct complaint regarding the release of confidential information. The report was received late Monday afternoon.

In keeping with the Council Code of Conduct Policy and requirements of the Municipal Act, it is expected that the Integrity Commissioner’s report will be formally considered at the next Council meeting, which is currently scheduled for September 22, 2025. At that time, Council will review the findings and vote on any recommendations. Any changes to this schedule will be communicated on the county website and social media channels.
