Some payments and online services temporarily unavailable June 4, 12 to 4 p.m.
Due to a scheduled system upgrade, some payments and customer account information will be temporarily unavailable on Thursday, June 4, from 12 to 4 p.m.
Services that will be unavailable during this period include:
- Access to myHC tax portal
- Tax certificates
- Burn permit applications and issuing
- Property tax account inquiries/lookup
- Accounts payable/receivable inquiries
- Opening, closing, or updating Bulk Water Accounts
Manual transactions at the administration building and payments through ActiveNet and the City View portal will still be accepted.
