Update: Phone & internet service has been restored

Update February 7, 2026:

Internet and phone services have now been restored across Haldimand County sites following the recent outage affecting the Metroloop/Xplore and Rogers networks.

We're currently experiencing a phone and internet outage at some of our locations, including Grandview Lodge. The cause of the outage has been investigated by our internet service provider and repairs are underway. We'll post an update once service is fully restored. Thank you for your patience!

Grandview Lodge resident family members: staff have an emergency phone available should there be any need to reach out and make contact. 

Grandview Lodge staff: Staff that need to call in regarding a scheduled shift are encouraged to call 1-289-308-7072.

Provincial Offences Court is open and proceeding as scheduled today, however, anyone attending virtually is asked to be patient while the internet issues are being resolved.
