Residents invited to design Haldimand County’s official “I Voted” sticker for the 2026 Elections

Haldimand County is inviting residents to leave their mark on local election history by designing the County’s official “I Voted” sticker for the 2026 Municipal and School Board Elections.

The winning design will be professionally produced and distributed to voters across Haldimand County after they cast their ballot, while supplies last.

Residents are encouraged to create an original sticker design that reflects the spirit, identity, and pride of Haldimand County. Whether inspired by local communities, agriculture, natural landscapes, landmarks, or history, the contest is an opportunity to showcase what makes Haldimand unique.

One winning design will be selected, and the creator will receive a Haldimand County swag prize pack, copies of the sticker, a certificate signed by the Municipal Clerk, recognition on the County’s website and social media, and the opportunity to have their artwork become part of the County’s election history.

To enter, participants must submit an original design using the official sticker template and include the exact wording “I Voted” somewhere in the artwork. Designs may be hand-drawn or digitally created (without using AI) and must comply with all contest requirements.

The contest is open until Monday, September 21, 2026, at 4 p.m.
