Provincial Offences Holiday Closure Notice

Please be advised that Provincial Offences Court and Administration will be closed during the holiday season:

• December 24, 2025: Open 8:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
• December 25, 2025 - January 1, 2026: Closed
• January 2, 2026: Regular hours resume

If you require an extension to pay an outstanding fine, please submit your application to Provincial Offences Administration no later than Wednesday December 17, 2025 to ensure processing before the holidays.
The extension application form can be found on the Haldimand County website. Completed applications may be submitted in person to Provincial Offences Administration or emailed to poa@haldimandcounty.ca.

Payments may be made online by credit card to PayTickets.ca, which may be accessed through the Haldimand County website.
