Notice of proposed sale of municipal land: 952 Concession 2, Walpole

Take notice that the Corporation of Haldimand County proposes to pass a by-law at an upcoming Council meeting on August 31, 2026, to authorize the sale of certain municipal lands.

The subject lands are described as follows:

• PIN 38197-0178 (LT) Lot 8 South Side of Queen Street Plan 332; Haldimand County

The purpose of the by-law is to authorize the sale of the above-noted lands, which have been declared surplus to the needs of the municipality.
