Notice of proposed sale of municipal land: 678 Nanticoke Creek Parkway, Jarvis

Take notice that the Corporation of Haldimand County proposes to pass a by-law at an upcoming Council meeting on March 9, 2026, to authorize the sale of certain municipal lands.

The subject lands are described as follows:

• PIN 38245-0174 (LT); Parcels 3-6 Section D3; Part Unit 3 Plan D-37-3 Nanticoke Part 2 on 37R3116; Haldimand County

The purpose of the by-law is to authorize the sale of the above-noted lands, which have been declared surplus to the needs of the municipality.
