Notice of proposed sale of municipal land: 10 & 28 Caithness Street West, Caledonia

Take notice that the Corporation of Haldimand County proposes to pass a by-law at an upcoming Council meeting on May 25, 2026, to authorize the sale of certain municipal lands. 

The subject lands are described as follows:

• PIN 38159-0083 (LT) Part Lot 1 West Side Argyle Street North Plan Town of Caledonia as in HC150567; Haldimand County
  
  
• PIN 38159-0082 (LT) Part Lot 1 West Side of Argyle Street North Plan Town of Caldonia as in HC37513; Haldimand County

The purpose of the by-law is to authorize the sale of the above-noted lands, which have been declared surplus to the needs of the municipality.
