Notice of Conveyance for Title Correction Purposes – Road allowances known as part of Obadiah, part of Victoria, part of Hill and Unnamed Street, Cayuga

TAKE NOTICE that the Corporation of Haldimand County proposes to pass a by-law at an upcoming Council meeting on November 24, 2025, to authorize the transfer of certain unopened road allowances for title correction purposes only.

The subject lands are described as follows:

PIN 38232-0085 (R) legally described as Obadiah Street, Unnamed Street, Victoria Street, Hill Street Plan 2915; Haldimand County

The purpose of the by-law is to transfer the above-noted lands for title correction purposes only, to rectify historical title and boundary discrepancies and confirm the intended ownership of adjacent properties. This conveyance is administrative in nature and no sale or exchange for monetary consideration is proposed.
