TAKE NOTICE that the Corporation of Haldimand County proposes to pass a bylaw at an upcoming Council meeting on September 2, 2025, to authorize the sale and closure of a parts of a Road Allowance known as part of Obadiah Street, legally described as PIN 38232-0215 (LT) Obadiah Street Village of Cayuga East of Grand River between Fishcarrier Street and HC167899; further to be split into Parts 1 & 2 on draft reference plan; Haldimand County (labelled as A (yellow hashmarks) & D (green hashmarks) on below map) and part of Snow Street, legally described as part of PIN 38232-0182 (LT) Snow Street Village of Cayuga East of Grand River Between Obadiah Street and Echo Street; further to be split into Parts 3 & 4 on draft reference plan; Haldimand County.
