Notice of Conveyance for Property Disposition Purposes - Road Allowances known as part of Martin Street and part of Tuscarora Street, Cayuga

TAKE NOTICE that the Corporation of Haldimand County proposes to pass a bylaw at an upcoming Council meeting on August 31, 2026, to authorize the sale and closure of Road Allowances known as:

• Part of Tuscarora Street, legally described as PIN 38230-0096 (LT) Tuscarora Street Village of Cayuga East of the Grand River (also known as Tuscarora Street East) between Fishcarrier Street and Martin Street; Haldimand County (labelled as Parcel A in green hashmarks on the map);
  
  
• Part of Tuscarora Street, legally described as PIN 38230-0097 (LT) Tuscarora Street Village of Cayuga East of Grand River (also known as Tuscarora Street East) between Martin Street and Johnson Street; Haldimand County (labelled as Parcel B  in green hashmarks on the map); and
  
  
• Part of Martin Street, legally described as part of PIN 38230-0424 (LT), Martin Street, Village of Cayuga, east of the Grand River (also known as Martin Street South), Haldimand County, further to be split into Part 1 on Reference Plan 18R-8416 (labelled as Parcel C in yellow hashmarks on the map).
