Traffic/noise impacts
As with previous work, construction will be completed at night between 7 p.m. and 7 a.m. to minimize disruption. The Argyle Street Bridge and Argyle Street between the bridge and Sutherland Street will close nightly during construction and reopen to traffic each morning.
Residents may experience increased noise from construction activities during this scheduled work period, which falls under our Noise By-Law, Section XI, Exemptions, 15. c.
Detour routes and traffic control measures will be in place throughout the duration of the work.
Construction activities can be disruptive, and we understand the temporary challenges they may pose for residents, businesses, and visitors. We appreciate your patience and cooperation.
