Updated: Multiple ball diamonds temporarily closed due to wet conditions

The Cayuga Ball Park Diamond and Albert and Alice Schram Park Ball Diamond have reopened for use.
Dunnville Kinsmen Diamond 1 and 2 still remain closed at this time due to site conditions.

Due to the significant amount of rainfall that fell over the weekend, the following baseball diamonds have been closed until further notice:
- Cayuga Ball Park
- Dunnville Kinsmen Diamond 1
- Dunnville Kinsmen Diamond 2
- Albert and Alice Schram Park Ball Diamond
With standing water or saturated conditions throughout the outfields, staff are unable to perform the necessary field maintenance required to prepare the diamonds for play. For player safety, the fields will be closed until conditions improve.
Staff will continue to monitor field conditions and complete maintenance work as soon as it is practical to do so. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to restore the diamonds to safe playing conditions.
