Lakeshore Road culvert replacement: road closure starting September 22, 2025

As part of Haldimand County’s 2025 Bridge Rehabilitation Program, the culvert located on Lakeshore Road east of Haldimand-Dunnville Townline Road is scheduled for replacement beginning Monday, September 22, 2025.

To accommodate the work, Lakeshore Road will be closed in the area of the culvert for the duration of the repairs. Traffic will be redirected via Rainham Road, accessible from Haldimand-Dunnville Road or Aikens Road.

Work is expected to be completed and the road reopened by late October 2025.
