Haldimand County unveils 25th anniversary logo to kick off year of celebrations

On January 5, 2026, Haldimand County revealed the special logo created to kick off the municipality’s 25th anniversary year. The logo, created in-house by staff member Eric Whyte, was designed to represent Haldimand’s evolution over the years and symbolize some of the defining features that make it so unique.
The logo’s mosaic design represents what one symbol alone could not: the many people, places, and ideas that have shaped Haldimand over the past 25 years. Clean, flexible, and recognizable, the logo is a visual celebration of our shared past and the collaborative spirit that will guide our future.
Over the next several months, a number of activities, events and exhibits will be held across the community to celebrate this milestone and recognize the people, places, stories and events that shaped Haldimand into what it is today.
Residents are encouraged to share their photos, stories and memories from the past 25 years, which will be used throughout the year to showcase what makes the community so special. Photos and stories may be shared at www.haldimandcounty.ca/haldimand25 or by using the #Haldimand25 hashtag on social media.
