Haldimand County seeking community feedback through telephone surveys, Resident Satisfaction Survey

As part of its long-term Customer Experience & Communications Strategy, Haldimand County is looking for community feedback on personal experiences with County services and general perceptions related to the quality of life in the County. Telephone surveys will be conducted from August 24 to September 11 to collect this feedback, and a resident survey will be open from September 14 to 25.

Haldimand County is committed to providing high-quality customer service, and this community feedback will help to create a larger picture of service delivery to enable more efficient, cost-effective and accessible services for all residents.

Starting on August 24 and finishing on September 11, 300 random telephone surveys will be conducted using both cell and landline numbers. The County has contracted Deloitte Canada to facilitate the calls and collect responses. The caller ID will appear as ‘Haldimand Survey’ and the questions survey should only take about 15 minutes to complete.

Callers will be asked for general demographic information only and no personal information will be collected.

Residents who do not receive a random telephone survey will be able to share feedback through an online survey, which will be available from September 14 to 25. Hard copies will also be available upon request at library branches and the administration building in Cayuga.

“Listening to our residents helps us understand what’s working well and where we can do better,” says Trish Cardwell, Manager, Customer Experience & Communications. “Their feedback guides our decision-making and helps us create programs and services that support a healthy, connected, and thriving community.”
