Global eScribe outage affecting November 18, 2025 Council in Committee meeting live stream

eScribe, our Council meeting agenda and live stream portal, is currently down due to a worldwide outage in the Cloudflare platform. Cloudflare is a widely used security platform that eScribe and many other internet sites, including X (Twitter) and ChatGPT are dependent on to function.

Today’s Council in Committee meeting will proceed as scheduled, however, due to the outage, no live stream will be available. A full video recording will be posted on the website after the meeting, once available.
