Know what time to put your materials out

All items for curbside collection should be set out by 7 a.m. on collection day. If you're staying in a property on a private road, be sure to check with the homeowner for your designated curbside collection location.

Bring all cans, boxes, and uncollected bags back to the property no later than 7 p.m.

Household garbage guidelines

Each household is allowed to put out a maximum of three bags of garbage on their collection day.

Each garbage bag must be securely closed and weigh no more than 40 pounds.

Recycling guidelines

There is no maximum limit on the amount of recycling you can put out.

Recycling should be sorted into either clear plastic bags or recycling bins. Cardboard should be separate from co-mingled materials (glass, cans, and plastics).
