Please note that we require a minimum of three (3) business days to ensure that any booking can be accommodated.
Seasonal applications are accepted for arena ice and floor and baseball diamonds during the following time periods each year:
Spring Ice: January 1- February 1
Fall/Winter Ice: March 1 – April 15
Lacrosse/Ball Hockey (Arena Floors): February 15 – March 15
Ball Diamonds: February 1 – March 15
For seasonal ice and ball applications, please include the Ice Request Form or Ball Diamond Request Form with your application.
