Burn Permit Payment Options

There are two online methods for paying your Haldimand County Burn Permit. The first method is to pay through your online banking. The second is to pay through our online payment portal. See the instructions included below for more details.

To Pay Using Your Online Banking

Follow the 2 steps below to complete the payment of your Burn Permit.

  1. Access your online banking, search for “Haldimand County” as the payee, and choose the “Haldimand County Accounts Receivable” option.  Key in the Temporary Account number BURN9999.

  1. Submit the Burn Permit Payment Notification Form below so that our staff can apply your payment to the appropriate Burn Permit.
  • 8 digits starting with the year (ie 2021-1234)

Pay Online Using Your Credit Card

To pay the Burn Permit Fee right here on the website, follow the two steps below. Please note that a charge of 1.75% is added by the payment provider at the time of payment.

  1. Use the payment form below to pay your Burn Permit fee with Paymentus. First, select the “Accounts Receivable” option. Then in the field labelled “Roll number/Customer number” use the Temporary Account number BURN9999.
  1. Submit the Burn Permit Payment Notification Form below so that our staff can apply your payment to the appropriate Burn Permit.
  • 8 digits starting with the year (ie 2021-1234)
