There are a few things you should know before you exercise your right to vote on Election Day. To ensure things go smoothly, we’ve compiled all the information you need here, from identification requirements to voting times and locations, instructions to appoint a voting proxy, and accessibility.

Please do not leave your ID at home! Voters must present identification showing their name and qualifying address in order to vote.

Avoid long line ups by voting at any of these Advance Polls!

For both the Advance Polls and Election Day Polls, eligible Haldimand County residents will have the ability to Vote Anywhere, regardless of their ward.
