Application for a Permit to Construct or Demolish are accepted online with electronic drawings and documents. Please click the link to apply on our portal site. https://portal.haldimandcounty.on.ca/cityviewportal

You will need an email address to apply.

While we encourage all applications to be submitted electronically, if you wish to apply on paper, the following documents will be required:

3. Fill out the web form below, attaching your completed application from Step 1.

Please note that a Building Inspector will contact you by email or phone to complete the application form process. Additional documentation may be required. Payment will be required prior to the issuance of the permit. A detailed breakdown will be provided to you at that time.
